she has been certified as the career mentor and mid-career mentor from they are mentors, india.

A passion of counselling and guidance has in itself guided Minakshi since the past 25 years. Being deeply involved in the school curriculum heading the Computer Applications Department at Modern Public School and Manavsthali School for 2 years, she understands the pulse of the students.

Minakshi Sawhney also served as the Director of Aptech Computer Education in Alwar along with being an English teacher in MPS and RPS in Bhiwadi and Dharuhera. She also was the Head of Department at MITRC College, Alwar.

She believes that counselling should be done passionately keeping a positive attitude. The student must trust and respect you, and only then one can guide the student effectively. She aims to use her ability and channel her passion to successfully guide and help all students achieve their goals.
